TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ENGLISH TRANSLATION)
These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store https://artninelli.md/ apply to all orders for purchasing products/services provided by Bazilevs SRL through the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This website is owned by Bazilevs SRL. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions based on Moldovan legislation.
Use of the website implies agreement with the Terms in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Customer-seller relations are governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other legal acts.
The Seller may modify these Terms. The Buyer must check for updates.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using https://artninelli.md/, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing.
Data is used for legal purposes such as fulfilling orders, promotions, analytics, cookies, and newsletters.
All data is stored only as long as needed, in compliance with Law No. 133/2011.
We implement commercial security measures, but as with any online platform, we cannot fully guarantee security.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
Payment is possible via bank card. A fiscal receipt will be issued.
Online payment is secured. A confirmation email will be sent.
Payments are processed through a secure system based on 3D-Secure protocol. Authentication is done using a one-time code.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment card. You will need:
Card number (16 digits)
Expiry date
CVC/CVV (3 digits)
Cardholder name
If card currency differs from transaction currency, bank conversion rules apply.
4. DELIVERY
Upon order confirmation, estimated delivery details are provided.
Chisinau deliveries: within 48 hours, 9:00–19:00, free for orders from 700 MDL. No delivery for lower amounts.
National deliveries: within 72 hours, same conditions. No deliveries on Sundays/holidays.
Delivery time may extend in special cases (weather, holidays, etc.).
One address per order. Multiple addresses require separate orders.
Please check packaging and receipt upon delivery. Later claims are not accepted.
5. RETURN POLICY
According to Law No. 105-XV, buyers can return products within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original card.
Products such as cosmetics, gels, lacquers, and tools cannot be returned as per Government Decision No. 1465.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
We process personal data in good faith, both manually and automatically, ensuring confidentiality and rights protection.
Collected data includes name, phone, and address, used only for order and site management.
No third-party disclosure except as required by law. Employees are bound by confidentiality.
No financial transaction data is stored.
